As an MD and PhD candidate in Clinical Epidemiology, I provide high-level expertise in clinical research, trial design, and methodology. However, traditional systems often undervalue this work.

For example, in my current setting:

• Monthly salary ≈ $3,104

• That translates to roughly ~$8–9/hour when accounting for real working conditions (long shifts, sleep deprivation, 24–48 hour duties)

• This is lower than many non-specialized jobs in the US (e.g., dishwashers earning ~$14–16/hour)
  

This is not sustainable — especially when trying to build meaningful tools such as:

• Educational platforms

• Clinical research web applications

• Global-access knowledge systems
  

So instead of continuing that model, I’ve created a fair and transparent consulting system.

Consulting Rates (Simple Ticket System)

• $50 — Simple question (direct answer)

• $100 — Multi-step or slightly complex question

• $200 — Methodological guidance + applied solution (including web/app logic if needed)

• $500 — Complex / high-level consultation (research design, advanced analysis, strategy)
